We build the Nineel Coffee Table using high-grade engineered wood that delivers the beauty of solid wood furniture at an accessible price point. The core material resists warping and splitting better than traditional lumber, ensuring your table maintains its shape through years of daily use.
Our espresso laminate finish replicates the depth and grain pattern of genuine hardwood while providing superior resistance to moisture, heat marks, and everyday wear. The tapered legs are crafted from solid rubberwood, a sustainable hardwood prized for its strength and fine grain. Each leg receives individual sanding and finishing to match the tabletop perfectly.

The Nineel measures 48 inches wide, 24 inches deep, and stands 10 inches tall – a height we selected specifically for contemporary seating arrangements. This lower profile pairs beautifully with modern low-profile sofas and sectionals, creating harmonious sightlines across your living room.
With a 24-inch depth, the table fits comfortably in front of standard sofas while leaving adequate walkway space in typical living rooms. The 48-inch length provides generous surface area without overwhelming smaller spaces – ideal for apartments and condos.
Assembly & Care Instructions
Your Nineel Coffee Table ships flat-packed with clearly labeled components and illustrated instructions. Assembly typically takes 30-45 minutes with two people and requires only the included hex key and screwdriver.
We pack all hardware in numbered bags corresponding to assembly steps, and we include spare fasteners for peace of mind. The leg attachment uses pre-drilled pilot holes and reinforced brackets, eliminating guesswork during setup.

The height also works beautifully in minimalist and Scandinavian interiors where furniture sits closer to the ground. If you have traditional higher sofas, you might prefer our Brighton or Ridgeway models with standard 18-inch heights.
The top surface safely supports up to 150 pounds of evenly distributed weight, while the lower shelf holds up to 75 pounds. This capacity accommodates typical use including books, decorative objects, trays, and beverages.
The engineered wood construction and reinforced corner brackets provide excellent stability. We don’t recommend standing or sitting on the table, as this exceeds the design load and may damage the finish or structure.
Most customers complete assembly in 30-45 minutes using the included hex key and a standard screwdriver. We provide clearly illustrated instructions with numbered steps, and all hardware comes pre-sorted in labeled bags.
The legs attach to pre-drilled pilot holes using reinforced brackets, so there’s no measuring or guesswork. We recommend having two people for easier handling of the tabletop during final assembly, though one person can manage it carefully.
While our laminate finish resists heat better than many materials, we recommend using trivets or heat-resistant mats under items above 150°F to preserve the finish long-term. Brief contact with warm coffee mugs or tea cups won’t damage the surface.
The laminate is designed to resist water rings and minor heat exposure from normal use, but direct contact with very hot cookware, heating appliances, or hair tools can cause discoloration or bubbling.
Currently, the Nineel Coffee Table is available exclusively in our espresso laminate finish. This rich, dark brown tone was selected for its versatility with diverse decor styles and color schemes.
We’re exploring additional finish options based on customer feedback. If you prefer lighter woods, consider our Harlow table with a natural oak finish, or the Metro model available in walnut and white oak.
The lower shelf measures 44 inches wide by 20 inches deep, with 6 inches of vertical clearance from the floor to the shelf bottom. This accommodates standard decorative storage baskets up to 5.5 inches tall.
